My sent folder only tells me I sent it, which is not helpful: Then when I move inbox emails to folders, I lose the contacts emails again: I need to see the email addresses & not just people's names in all my folders/subfolders. The search engine can't even find them, but they are there... so seeing them, might even help the search box!

Whenever I visit e.g. an on-line retailer and am asked to provide my email address, as soon as I enter a couple of characters, Windows brings up a list of email addresses from which I can select my latest one. The list contains many old email addresses of mine and my late wife. Where are these saved and how can I remove some please?

The only way to have all email accounts deliver emails to the same <Inbox> would have been if the accounts were configured as POP accounts which allows for POP accounts to the same PST file to deliver to a single <Inbox>. IMAP & Exchange accounts will always have their own <Inbox> folders and that cannot be changed.
