Report abuse. open the photo in phots app. select edit & Create, then select edit. on the right, select adjust. click the red eye button. click the area on the photo that needs adjusting.

This is an option that is lacking in the Photos App in Windows, to add basic text to a photo, right click the image file and select Open With - Paint and using the Paint app, you can add static text to am image.
